Waterborne wood paint

Product introduction:

This product is a new type of green and healthy coating developed by international advanced technology. It has good environmental protection performance, clean and fresh smell, and the unique antibacterial technology can purify air for a long time, and enable you to breathe natural air at home. The paint film is plump and exquisite, with flawless texture, perfectly highlighting the natural texture of the plate.
Using imported high quality water-based polyurethane polymeric emulsion as main film-forming material, with deionized water as dispersion medium, trace waterborne special additives added, and made by scientific and reasonable formula and advanced production technology, it is a 100% environment friendly product non-toxic, odorless, having pleasant fragrance and high transparency. This series of products have three different luster: matte, half matt, bright light according to the requirement of the consumer, are simple and easy to operate and not reversed out with high solid content, large painting area, hard and dense coating, strong water resistance, high fullness and scratch resistance.

Instructions:

1. Surface pretreatment

Keep the surface of the base material smooth, dry and clean without dead space, make sure the surface is free of dust, oil, hollowing, etc. before proceeding to the next step, apply a water-based transparent putty 2 to 3 times for repair, and polish until it becomes flat and smooth.

2. Construction temperature

Construction should be carried out when the temperature is lower than 85%, otherwise, paint film whitening and other defects will appear. The construction temperature: 5-35 (°C). If the temperature is too low, the drying time of paint film will become longer，causing white fog or light extinction. If the temperature is too high, paint film will dry faster and generate pinholes or bubbles

3. Painting skills

Spray, roller painting and brushing are OK. Thin coating is better than thick one; it can be coated thinly in many times; during the multi-layer coating construction, the bottom layer should be completely dry and polished.

4. After construction

During the construction or when the paint film is not dry, there should be no dust at the site, and it should be isolated for 24-48 hours to ensure that its surface is completely solidified and its paint film shall be plump and tough for more than 76 hours.

5. Matters needing attention

There are one-component and two-component products in this package. Please note the product qualification mark. If it is two-component, please pour it into the vial of catalyst directly (A:B=9:1), mix up and filter by 80 meshes for use.

Matters needing attention

Sealed in a cool, dry place at an environment temperature of 5℃to 35℃. Under the originally sealed package, the shelf life is 18 months.

Coating system:
It is recommended to brush a water-based special wood primer to reduce the yellowish brown discoloring, harden the wood wool, reduce the strength of wood thorns, effectively prevent deformation and cracking, spray wood primer for two to three times after drying thoroughly, and spray finish paint for two to three times, and polish in each process using sand of 800-1500 meshes.
